At Rao Jee Designer, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle deliveries.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

• Delivery Time:

  • Major cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other areas: 5–7 business days

• Delivery Charges: A standard shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to all orders across Pakistan.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide.

• Courier Partners: We deliver through trusted courier services including PostEx, TCS, and Leopards Courier.

International Shipping

• International shipping is coming soon. For any inquiries, you may contact us directly before placing an order.

Order Tracking

• Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/Email to track your order.

Delays & Exceptions

• Delivery may be delayed during public holidays, seasonal sales, or unforeseen situations such as weather conditions or courier issues.

• Rao Jee Designer is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier service.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

• In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
